Dr. Foo Say Fooi merupakan Pensyarah kanan di Fakulti Pengajian Pendidikan, Universiti Putra Malaysia. Beliau memperoleh Ijazah Sarjana dari Radford University dalam bidang Kepemimpinan Pendidikan dan Ph.D. dari Virginia Tech, U.S.A. dalam bidang Pentadbiran Pendidikan. Kepakaran beliau tertumpu pada bidang kepemimpinan pendidikan, pengurusan sekolah, kolaborasi sekolah dengan keluarga dan komuniti, serta jaminan kualiti dalam pendidikan tinggi. Dr. Foo menjadi pengerusi dan ahli jawatankuasa penyeliaan untuk tesis dan disertasi dalam bidang pengupayaan, komitmen organisasi dan profesional, pengurusan kolaboratif serta efikasi. Beliau pernah menerbitkan beberapa naskhah buku dan artikel jurnal di samping melibatkan diri dalam penyelidikan dalam bidang yang berkaitan.

Dr. Foo Say Fooi is currently a Senior Lecturer in the Faculty of Educational Studies, University Putra Malaysia. He obtained his Masters Degree in Educational Leadership from Radford University and Ph.D. majoring in Educational Administration from Virginia Tech, U.S.A. His focus revolves around the areas of educational leadership, school management, school-family-community collaboration, and quality assurance in higher education. Dr. Foo serves as the chairperson and supervisory committee member for thesis and dissertation leading to Masters and Ph.D. degrees in the areas of empowerment, organizational and occupational commitment, collaborative management, and efficacy. He has published several books and journal articles, and has engaged in research in his areas of expertise.
