Serdang, 6 April 2024- A Round Table Discussion for the new program offering, Bachelor of Youth and Sports was held on 16 April 2024 at Putra Future Classroom, Faculty of Education. This discussion was attended by experts from FPP, external faculty and the industry.

The Round Table Discussion was chaired by the Head of Department, Department of Professional Development and Further Education, Prof. Associate Dr. Nor Wahiza Abdul Wahat and coordinated by Dr. Nur Raihan Che Nawi.

The objective of the implementation of this Round Table Conference is to obtain the perspective of youth and industry experts on the direction and structure of the curriculum that is relevant towards the production of graduates who make up Madani Malaysia.

The discussion was attended by YBhg Dato' Hjh. Wasitah Mohd Yusof, Adjunct Professor JPPPL, Encik Syafiq Ridzwan Jamaluddin, Assistant Head of Information of the Malaysian Youth Council (MBM), YBrs. Dr. Jufitri Joha (Co-Chairman of the Commonwealth Alliance of Youth Workers Association (CAYWA), YBrs. Dr. Hj. Mohamed Maliki Bin Mohamed Rapiee, Director of the International Youth Center (IYC), Tuan Muhammad Nizam Samsudin, Chief Executive Officer of Adab Youth Garage (AYG), Mr. Mohamad Thaqif Aiman ​​Wero, Regional Operations Executive & Adab Youth Garage (AYG), Dr. Vellapandian Ponnusamy, Chief Executive Officer of IYRES and Dr. Mohd Fauzi Fadzil, Malaysian Youth Council (MBM).

Also present online were Mr. Izwandy Ismail from the National Youth and Sports Department, Mrs. Siti Mariam Ahmad Tobias, Director of the Sports Development Branch for the Disabled, National Youth and Sports Department, and Mr. Thai Ming Yeow, Secretary of the Youth Work Development School (SPKB).
