Profesor Dr. Zaidatol Akmaliah Lope Pihie ialah seorang profesor di Fakulti Pengajian Pendidikan, UPM. Beliau telah bertugas di UPM sejak tahun 1981. Beliau bergraduat dari Southern Illinois University, Carbondale, USA. Beliau menamatkan pendidikan Ph.Dnya pada tahun 1992 dan dinaikkan pangkat ke jawatan Profesor Madya pada tahun 1997 dan seterusnya ke jawatan profesor pada tahun 2003. Dari April 2001 hingga November 2002 beliau adalah Ketua Jabatan dan dari November 2002 hingga November 2005 beliau telah dilantik sebagai Timbalan Dekan Akademik di Fakulti. Bidang kepakarannya ialah pendidikan keusahawanan, kepemimpinan dan pengurusan pendidikan serta kaedah pengajaran. Beliau telah membentang dan menerbitkan banyak kertas kerja akademik di dalam dan di luar negara dalam bidang kepakarannya. Beliau telah menyelia 15 pelajar Ph.D dan 12 telahpun bergraduat. Beliau bergiat aktif dalam penyelidikan berkaitan dengan bidang kepakarannya dan beliau telah dianugerahkan 3 pingat emas oleh UPM menerusi penyelidikannya.

Professor Dr. Zaidatol Akmaliah Lope Pihie is a professor at the Faculty of Educational Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia. She has served in UPM since 1981. She graduated from Southern Illinois University – Carbondale, USA. She completed her Ph.D degree in 1992, and was promoted to Associate Professor in 1997 and subsequently to full professor in 2003. From April 2001 to November 2002 she was the head of department and appointed as Deputy Dean of the faculty from November 2002 to November 2005. Her area of specializations are in entrepreneurship education, leadership and educational management as well as teaching methodology. She has presented and published a number of academic papers overseas and locally within her area of interest. She supervises 15 Ph.D students and 12 had graduated. She is actively involved in research activities. Her researches are mostly related to her area of expertise. She had received three gold medals from UPM through her research effort.

    Received 1 bronze medal at UPM PRPI 2007.

    Received 1 bronze medal at UPM PRPI 2007.
