Empowering the Transformation of Postgraduate Education Thru High-Impact Strategic Plan Workshops
Port Dickson, 12 April 2026 – The Faculty of Educational Studies organized a high-impact program thru the 2026 Master of Coursework Strategic Plan Workshop (MSKK) held at Avilion Cove, Port Dickson from 10 – 12 April 2026. This program brought together the faculty's leadership team, consisting of Faculty Management Members, Heads of Departments, and Program Coordinators, in an effort to strengthen a more strategic and competitive academic direction in line with UPM's True North in empowering quality education.
The organization of this program aims to comprehensively outline a Strategic Plan to empower the implementation of postgraduate programs. Throughout the program, participants actively engaged in discussion and presentation sessions focusing on curriculum improvement, learning, and strategies to enhance student promotion in line with current educational needs.
In the sharing of the Direction & Aspirations of the Postgraduate Program by YBhg. Prof. Associate Prof. Dr. Wan Marzuki Wan Jaafar, Dean of the Faculty of Education, emphasized that this workshop is an important platform to unite thoughts and expertise among the faculty members. He stated that the developed strategic plan needs to be dynamic, responsive to global changes, and capable of producing high-quality graduates who are relevant to industry demands.
