Dr. Nooreen Noordin mendapat pendidikan peringkat menengah di Sekolah Menengah Anglo Chinese School (ACS) Kampar, Perak. Beliau memegang ijazah doktor falsafah daripada Universiti Putra Malaysia dalam bidang Pengajaran Bahasa Inggeris sebagai Bahasa Kedua. Beliau dilantik sebagai pensyarah di Fakulti Pengajian Pendidikan, Universiti Putra Malaysia pada tahun 2005 setelah berkhidmat sebagai tutor semenjak tahun 1998. Kini beliau merupakan pensyarah dalam bidang TESL di Jabatan Pendidikan Bahasa dan Kemanusiaan, Fakulti Pengajian Pendidikan. Beliau kini berkecimpung dengan mendalam di dalam bidang seperti pengajaran berasaskan kandungan dan pembelajaran bahasa berasaskan komputer. Beliau juga terlibat dengan aktif dalam organisasi secara sukarela seperti MELTA (Malaysia English Language Teachers Association) dalam menggalakkan dan menganjurkan aktiviti-aktiviti yang berasaskan pengajaran dan pembelajaran bahasa Inggeris sebagai bahasa kedua.

Dr. Nooreen Noordin completed her high school at the Anglo Chinese School (ACS) Kampar, Perak. She holds a doctoral degree from Universiti Putra Malaysia in the field of Teaching English as a Second Language. She was appointed as a lecturer at the Faculty of Educational Studies, Universiti Putra Malaysia in 2005 after serving as a tutor since 1998. Currently, she is a TESL lecturer in the Department of Language Education and Humanities, Faculty of Educational Studies. She is heavily involved in areas such as content-based instruction and computer assisted language learning. She is also actively involved in voluntary organizations such as MELTA (Malaysia English Language Teachers Association) in encouraging and organizing activities that are based on the teaching and learning of English as a second language.
